Request Account Deletion

Submit a request to permanently delete your SafeWalks account and all associated data.

⚠️ What will be deleted:

  • Your profile and personal information
  • Walk history and session data
  • Safe zone configurations and alert history
  • Trusted contact connections
  • Push notification tokens and device registrations
  • All ratings and reviews

Your Rights Under POPIA

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We will process your request within 30 days.
