Submit a request to erase your personal data from SafeWalks in accordance with POPIA.

  • Name, email address, and profile picture
  • Walk session history and location data
  • Safe zone configurations and alert history
  • Chat messages sent during walk sessions
  • Reports, ratings, and reviews you submitted
  • Device tokens and push notification preferences
  • Usage analytics and app interaction logs

Your Rights Under POPIA

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa, you have the right to request deletion or correction of your personal data. We will process your request within 30 days.
